Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25, 1970) is an American actress who is best recognized for her roles as Doctor. Sydney Hansen and Dr. Lane Hunter, respectively. She also played detective Stella Bonasera within the CBS drama series CSI: NY. Her first major role in the series as Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap opera "Guiding Light" was also praised. Some of her notable films consist of "15 minutes", "Percy Jackson And The Olympians The Lightning Thief" and "Snitch". According to reports, she is working alongside Vlas Charley Parlapanides (the team who wrote 'Immortals) on an adaptation of Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography "The Wheel of Life".
